Level 1 Meal Plan: Day 11

Morning:

Green Smoothie (spinach, banana, 1/4 avocado, ice, cashew butter, water)
Coffee

Afternoon:

Spinach salad with olive oil/balsamic
Cherry Tomatoes
Cucumber
Chicken (Thighs or breast – 1 palm-size)

Evening:

Vegetable Stir Fry (peppers, onions, rice, zucchini, broccoli, Bragg’s Liquid Aminos)

Snacks:

Plantain Chips
Apple
Almonds (1 closed-hand full)
